Sale prices: Current September 2026 asking prices are approximately VND 70.9–91.6 million/m². Two-bedroom apartments are generally marketed around VND 5.58–7.48 billion, while 3-bedroom apartments are around VND 7.97–12.35 billion, depending on size, floor, condition and furnishings.
